What do I get exactly?
You get your own virtual world on your own (virtual) private server. You also get a manual on how to effectively manage your World and a web-based portal for account registrations and 3d model uploads.
Can I change my World size later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your world size at any time when you discover you need more or less.
How is space defined?
SketchWorlds are divided into "regions" of 16 acres (or 65536 sq.m) each. These regions are autonomous blocks of land which can be used for anything. They can be sepparate spaces or part of one large landmass.
Can my world be secured?
Yes, if you want it to be. Your World will come with a registration form for visitors. If you want a private world, we will disable this form so only you can add accounts.
What is memory?
The amount of memory decides the amount of "stuff", such as objects, particles, connections and scripts you can have in your World.
What are connections?
Connections means the amount of users that can be logged into your World at the same time.
Why are 3d models limited in size?
Large 3d models cost a great amount of bandwidth and storage. Visitors will have to download whatever place in-world.
